Karen was originally published in the early 80’s in Silhouette Books’ traditional romance line, plots short in length and “sweet” in storyline.  She eventually progressed to longer length and more sophisticated plots, but these books were still considered “romance novels.”  After more growth as an author, she wrote her first single titles as popular fiction, which included mystery/thrillers.  Her last ten or so books are considered romantic suspense and before retiring she wrote three books specifically for the Inspirational Market (Christian Fiction).  A Mississippi native, Karen’s books are known to have a distinct southern accent. Her books can all be found on Amazon.
